With your help, we will craft a care plan that will help you carry on living independently in your home. An assessment will be done to find out the things you like, your personal care routine, allergies, and dietary requirements. Our care team will work with other healthcare professionals providing care to you like your GP and Psychologist to ensure that the care you receive covers all aspects of your life. We can also recommend tradesmen such as plumbers or locksmiths.
We train our care team thoroughly so that they can provide you with quality care. They go through an ongoing training course to develop their skills. Our carers are also supported by an experienced care manager who is available 24/7 to support them with any concerns they might have. Each carer is rigorously screened and vetted and is matched to you according to your requirements.
On our initial assessment, we assess the level of care required to support you and discuss the services we can offer you and the cost you will incur. This is assessment is free and you are not obliged to sign for care with us. Our charges have no hidden fees, we offer a simple pricing structure with no travel costs. A quotation for your care can be sent to you or your loved one upon request.
Any time is tea time for us when it comes to providing care to you or your loved one. In case you had an emergency and you need care urgently, do not hesitate to get hold of us. Care will be arranged for you as soon as possible. We also have a 24-hour on-call line that is available to you at any time of the day. This allows you peace of mind knowing that we are always at the end of the line when you need us.
